As with anything worthwhile in life, personal training requires an investment of time to enable
lasting change. I welcome the opportunity to introduce you to the
experience of working with a trainer for some initial sessions.
However, achieving most goals like decreased body fat, increased
metabolism, improved endurance, strength, and flexibility, and, most
importantly, becoming healthier and happier requires months of
dedication and commitment. As such, my approach to pricing encourages
and rewards long term commitments. But an average month of training will run between $2000-$2500.
All personal training packages include the following. Location will
depend on your needs. I am happy to come to your home (additional cost
may apply depending on location), your gym (additional cost for gym
access), our your favorite outdoor spot. If you’re not sure, I can help
you determine which is right for you or suggest one of my favorite
locations.
1. Initial meeting in which we:
Develop an understanding of your health & fitness background and general goals
Assess your current level of fitness through a series of
questions, measurements (nothing that you aren’t comfortable with!),
and simple exercises
Define specific, measurable, achievable, realistic goals for YOU based on the above
2. Personalized detailed program designed to enable you to reach YOUR goals
3. Training sessions (based on the schedule we agree on in your program) include:
Proper mental preparation and warm-up
Instruction on safely and effectively performing exercises specific to your program
Motivation and encouragement with critical attention to spotting/safety monitoring
Cool-down and stretching
4. Regular measurement of progress against the goals defined for your program and modification of your plan as needed
