You will NEVER see the same workout twice. We make the workouts both fun and challenging. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it. We also do everything we can to ensure everyone stays injury free. All workouts are developed by Captain Quinn, a Certified Personal Trainer, and are designed so that you can work at your level.Do I need to bring anything with me?
Comfortable workout clothes, a towe, and a water bottle along with your best effort and a team spirit! The harder you work, the greater the benefit. But, know your limits. If you feel sick, dizzy, or out of breath, its OK to take a break or slow down a bit. We'll all encourage you but no one will push you to do anything you don't want to do. Likewise, we are all in this together. Anyone heard talking down to, insulting, or making negative comments to another recruit will be warned once. If it happens again, he or she will be asked to leave for good. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are a team.When Can I Start?

Yes! Register for your primary class time/location but feel free to attend other locations/times based on your schedule.
Captain Quinn’s Boot Camp is for men and women of all ages, and fitness abilities.Do I have to be in shape?
NO!!!! That's our job. If you're worried that you can't do one push-up, that's o.k. You're not alone. You don't have to be in shape to join. No one gets left behind. All Boot Camp instructors will explain and demonstrate all exercises and motivate you with positive reinforcement to do your best. If you think you're already in shape, don't worry: the Captain has a few surprises for you too.How Much Does it Cost?
If you were to work with me or one of my personal trainers one-on-one you’d pay at least $800-$1200/month. Even if you worked with a mediocre personal trainer you’d easily pay at least $650/month (for an inferior workout).
